This modern luxury apartment is in a small complex of 14 apartments in beautiful Puerto de Mogán, only 100m from the golden beach and close to the marina and fishing harbour. It is fully equipped, stylishly furnished and has full air conditioning. The complex has a 9 x 5 metre heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols.

The apartment's large double bedroom and the 22m² lounge (with a kitchen area) both have patio doors with shutters leading onto a large terrace which has wonderful views of the sea, the valley, and picturesque Puerto de Mogan.
